• Rejuvenation Acres collects a $350 deposit fee to be paid at the time of reservation. It goes firm 2 weeks out from scheduled dates and is non-refundable. It is collected at the time of reservation, and no reservation exists without signed documents and earnest money.

• We provide and include 3 man hours of cleaning with rental, each additional hour will be billed $50 each out of the billed deposit.

• Rejuvenation Acres will provide a bar but no alcohol, and all outside vendors must provide insurance waiver to Rejuvenation Acres, Talon Enterprises, and affiliates. Renter accepts all liability for themselves and for guests.
   

• No glassware allowed on property. Broken glass will result in a $1,000 fine, and immediate removal from the premises.
   

• We provide access to all facilities, parking shall be stringed off and designated. We provide chairs, tables and we also provide coverings upon request.
   

• We do set up and tear down, provide garbage receptacles and liners, electricity, water, and ice. All other supplies are separate from this arrangement.
